     I'm glad you're reading this, and I'm betting you're eager to have a great season next year. It's time now to begin preparing for next season. Soon winter will ask what you've been doing all summer, so take advantage of the upcoming spring and summer to get ready

Ready for what?

Success. You're success, and team success. The question now is how to make that happen.

First, and most important have FUN!

Second, you need to improve your body strength, A list of exercises follows this letter, and they're designed to do more than help you beat your granmother at arm wrestling.

Third, you need to do some goal-setting. What do you want to accomplish next season? What are you willing to do to accomplish it? Keep in mind that to be more than  mediocre, you must do more than everone else.

A word of caution : if you believe next year's team and youreself  can be successful without any extra effort, thats a big mistake.

Whatever you lack in talent can be made up with lots of desire, extra work, and perseverance. Confidence comes with preparation. So let's start preparing.
